Shipping Policy

At The Skin Scientist, we know you're excited to start your skin journey. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or COD confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier capacity, location accessibility, and external factors beyond our control (extreme weather, public holidays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods. These will be clearly communicated at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all eligible orders across Pakistan.
  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.
  • Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order at the provided address. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. The Skin Scientist is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@theskinscientist.pk with your order number and photographic evidence (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
